Caring Cloud Update – Creating Peace Of Mind For Elderly Loved Ones

In August 2013 we introduced you to the caring cloud project we are currently undertaking. It is an initiative that aims to enable individuals to continue living in the way that they wish and provides their families and carers with the peace of mind that their loved ones are safe. Read more here.

Since the article was published we have been beavering away, compiling our research and working together with our partners to create a viable solution to meet need for an alternative to the current care options. We just wanted to share a couple of the updates with you.

First of all we can unveil our brand new logo – we hope you like!

Secondly, we are at a point in the project where we are looking for potential pilot partners which will be funded by the project. If this is something you think you may be interested in taking part in please get in touch.  We want to make sure that Caring Cloud keeps users and their families at the heart of the solution. By participating in a pilot you could be a key part of this! We welcome interest from individuals, families and organisations.

Additionally we would love to hear from you about your current experiences of assistive technology for example telecare or telehealth. If you don’t like using the technology for whatever reason we would be really interested in why as this will then enable us to adapt our solution to overcome these obstacles. Likewise if there is anything that you love about assistive technology let us know so that we make sure we keep the good bits!

We look forward to hearing your feedback – to contact us direct please call 0121 262 3036.
